Biofeedback is a mind-body training method that uses technology to measure physiological processes—like heart rate and skin temperature—and provides real-time feedback while you learn self-regulation techniques like breathwork and meditation. This allows you to recognize and consciously adjust your body’s responses, improving your overall well-being. Biofeedback works well for stress-related conditions like anxiety, depression, IBS, and hypertension.

How does Biofeedback work?
With biofeedback, sensors are placed on your body to track physiological activity. The data is displayed on a screen in real-time, showing how your body reacts to stress, breathingtechniques, or relaxation methods. After each training, it is highly recommended to practice the skills you learn at home for continued lasting benefits.
